Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.

3. Unauthorized Purchases
In cases of confirmed unauthorized transactions, we will work with you and our payment processors to resolve the issue according to applicable regulations.
